SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Delivery within Tbilisi costs 6 lari.

  2. In case of delivery of goods outside Tbilisi, payment for delivery is made at the time of placing an order on the website - by the bank transfer.

  3. We usually ship the goods within 2 working days from the moment of placing the order.

  4. Dispatching the goods outside Tbilisi is carried out by Georgian Post to the specified post office on the territory of Georgia during 2 - 3 working days. For the period of delivery and the absence of damage to the Goods during the delivery, the Georgian Post is responsible.

  5. Cost of delivery in Georgia and outside can be calculated here.

  6. Order can be picked up at the address: "People's Farmacy", Davit Tavkhelidze str.1,  Tbilisi. The time of pick up must be agreed with us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Goods of appropriate quality can be returned within 7 days from the receipt, with full preservation of the presentation. For return send an email to info@lavendershop.ge and indicate: the number and date of the order, contact phone. Our staff will contact you within 24 hours. If these conditions are met, we will refund the money or replace the Product within 5 working days. Shipment is at your own expense.

  2. If you want to return the defective Goods, within 24 hours from the receipt of the Goods, send a letter to info@lavendershop.ge, attach to the letter a photograph that clearly shows the damage. Our staff will contact you within 24 hours. If these conditions are met, we will refund the money within 2 working days or replace the Product within 5 working days.

  3. In the case of complaints, the pre-trial procedure for resolving disputes is mandatory. Send us an email at info@lavendershop.ge. We will review the claim and respond to you within 3 business days.

  4. If the agreement does not work out, the disputes are referred to the court of the city of Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia
